Lmara is a venture and holding company established to acquire, operate, and grow businesses across ecommerce and digital markets. We hold and build digital assets for the long term — creating value through ownership, operational improvement, and product development rather than one-off engagements.
Where we focus
Our work spans four areas: acquiring and operating businesses with long-term growth potential; building and supporting consumer-focused ecommerce brands; developing software products and digital assets for global markets; and making strategic investments in scalable opportunities across technology and commerce.
How we operate
We take a patient, owner-operator approach. When a business is working, we lean in and invest. We favour durable fundamentals over hype, and we hold what we build. Several products are currently in development and will be announced when they are ready.

Lmara is registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates globally. The company is based at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in the Emirate of Sharjah. Founded in the UAE in 2026.
